Stroller Struts is a community-based initiative that encourages moms to connect, move, and support one another through organized walks. Participation in Stroller Struts events is voluntary, and all attendee's assume full responsibility for their own health, safety, and well-being of themsleves if they are legally an adult and any minors that they attend with.

By participating in a Stroller Struts event, you acknowledge that:

  • Stroller Struts and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during or after an event.

  • You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any one else in your care that is a minor

  • Stroller Struts does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, always consult with a health care professional before engaging in physical activity.

  • Weather conditions, terrain, and other environmental factors may impact any events, and participants should use their discretion when attending.

  • Photos or videos taken at Stroller Struts events may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify the event organizer directly.​

Terms & Conditions 

1. Participation and Safety

  • By joining a Stroller Struts walk or event, you agree to participate at your own risk.

  • Participants and guardians are fully responsible for any minor they attend with's own being and safety during the event.

  • Participants should wear appropriate attire, use proper safety stroller measures, and be mindful of their surroundings

2. Liability Waiver​

  • Stroller Struts and its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss incurred during events.

  • By attending a Stroller Struts walk or event, you release Stroller Struts from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation.

3. Hosting a Walk​

  • Approved hosts agree to represent Stroller Struts in a positive, welcoming , and inclusive manner.

  • Hosts are responsible for selecting a safe, stroller-friendly location, and communicating eevent details.

  • Stroller Struts is not liable for any incidents or claims related to walks or events hosted by community members.

4. Sponsorships and Partnerships​

  • Businesses or brands partnering with Stroller Struts must align with our mission of supporting postpartum mental health and wellness.

  • Stroller Struts reserves the right to decline sponsorships or collaborations that do not reflect our values.

5. Content & Media Usage​

  • By participating, you consent Stroller Struts using photos, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer to not have your image used, please inform the event organizer directly before or during the event or walk.

6. Changes to terms

  • Stroller Struts reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes the acceptance of the latest terms.
